Devin Kelly is a staff reporter at the Anchorage Daily News (also briefly known as the Alaska Dispatch News) in Anchorage, Alaska. She is currently the lead city government reporter.
Devin grew up in Northern California and studied history at UCLA. Reporting interests include local and state government, neighborhood development, housing affordability/quality, and design and architecture, but she's an effective breaking news reporter with strong crime reporting experience.
